I have pupils of all ages whom I teach in the music room at my home in Bradwell on Sea. My many years of teaching experience enable me to vary my approach with each student allowing each of them to develop at his or her own pace.

Most of my students study singing, piano or keyboard purely for enjoyment although I have helped some prepare for examinations.

Younger students find that practising their music acts as a welcome change from the extensive school homework that is expected from them these days.

Adults also find that music is a pleasurable and fulfilling activity.
I have even had someone say that his lesson was better than a session with a therapist!

Would you or your child like to learn how to play the piano, which requires using both hands and reading both the treble and bass clefs?

Perhaps you would prefer to play keyboard, which can be slightly easier, as you can use your left hand to activate an automatic accompaniment leaving the right hand to play the tune.

Would you or your child like to learn how to sing?
Complete beginners or those with some experience are very welcome. I will show you how your voice can improve with the basic techniques of safe, healthy singing.
