My weekly singing group has been running for nearly
six years and continues to be very popular.
We call ourselves ‘The Maldon Singers’.
In October 2005 we organised a unique singing event at the
Power Museum in Langford near Maldon, when more than fifty
singers from around the county assembled to SING FOR WATER.
We had a great day
and raised more than £1000 for WaterAid, the national
charity that provides clean water and sanitation and hygiene education to the
world’s poorest people.
We hope to repeat this success this year with another great
sing at this unique venue. Make a note of the date and contact
